Mixed-use/commercial
UVA Brandon Avenue – Green Street*
This project redevelops an existing 3.28-acre city street and surrounding area to tie into the campus with mixed-use/commercial spaces and amenities.

UMW Hurley Convergence Center*
This 77,000 SF building – an “academic commons library” – is where a variety of technology, information, and teaching resources come together in a modern, energetic, and vibrant environment.

Aviation
BWI Terminal A/B Baggage Handling System Improvement Concept Study
The project involves the improvement to the terminal’s baggage handling system and expansion of holding level concessions area for Gates A1-A5.
Federal & research
NIH A/E Services IDIQ Contract
As part of an architect-led team, projects range from smaller laboratory renovations and HVAC system upgrades to campus-wide sitework utility studies; construction ranges $1.5-$150.0 million.
Public-private partnerships
Restoration of Constitution Gardens on the National Mall
Complete restoration of 50 acres overhauls the entire site, reconstructs the six-acre lake, installs rainwater harvesting systems and new water treatment plant, and renovates/upgrades various amenities.
